Description

  • Manage customer renewals and retention across English- and Spanish-speaking clients using phone, video, and email communication.
  • Maximize retention and reduce churn and contraction through effective sales techniques.
  • Oversee the renewal process to retain or expand annual recurring revenue (ARR).
  • Evaluate license usage and complete true-up requirements for clients.
  • Generate accurate renewal quotes based on customer business needs and goals in both languages.
  • Provide administrative support for renewals to Renewal Managers and Account Executives.
  • Ensure renewals are completed on time to meet revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Managers on renewal strategies using customer analytics and metrics.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure purchase orders and order forms are accurately completed for internal approval.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Experience in customer success, sales, or a renewals-focused role, with bilingual experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and backup internet of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 and can function during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification purposes.
