Description

  • Handle inbound client calls for US-based customers in clear, professional English.
  • Perform QuickBooks bookkeeping tasks including invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, basic reconciliations, and basic reporting.
  • Manage general administrative work such as email handling, scheduling, client follow-ups, and document organization.
  • Support onboarding and training for new accounts.
  • Communicate status updates and maintain coordination with the US-based team.
  • Maintain accurate notes and follow-up items in the project tool.
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service on the phone.
  • Take on increasing bookkeeping, admin, and placement responsibilities for strong performance.

Requirements

  • Very good spoken and written English and strong Spanish skills.
  • Proven remote work experience supporting US companies.
  • Availability to work 8:00 AM–12:00 PM PST, Monday through Saturday.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and providing friendly customer service.
  • Basic bookkeeping experience.
  • QuickBooks experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the car dealership or autoparts industry is a plus.
  • Experience handling calls and growing into more responsible bookkeeping and admin work is preferred.
