Description

  • Design high-quality, on-brand visuals for social media content, ad creatives, and Reels covers.
  • Create and refine brand assets that strengthen messaging and storytelling.
  • Develop and maintain reusable design templates in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite for team use.
  • Design campaign visuals for HubSpot, including email banners and landing page graphics.
  • Adapt designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines for tone, typography, color palette, and hierarchy.
  • Organize, export, and deliver final assets in the required formats with clear file naming.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and manage deliverables and feedback through ClickUp, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Slack.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design for social media or digital marketing.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing creative, brand-aligned design work.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent command of Canva, including brand kit and template management.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign visuals and email templates.
  • Strong eye for composition, typography, spacing, and detail.
  • Ability to stay highly organized, dependable, and manage multiple projects.
  • Fluent English and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with motion graphics or short-form video using After Effects or CapCut is a bonus.
