Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by fax or phone.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments due at the time of service.
  • Maintain an orderly, organized front office and inviting clinic atmosphere.
  • Convert referrals into evaluations and support patient intake processes.
  • Make welcome calls and help monitor arrival rates through customer experience.
  • Manage the schedule, document routing, deposits, non-clinical documentation, and other practice management tasks.
  • Track caseload-related items such as discharge candidates, progress notes, insurance reporting, and clinic inventory.
  • Complete required training, including business process updates and quarterly compliance training.
  • Perform other assigned duties to support daily clinic operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple computer programs and manage detailed work.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Ability to function effectively as part of a team with good presentation skills.
  • Availability to work full time, at least 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
  • Willingness to attend special events ზოგი evenings and weekends or work additional hours as needed.
  • Experience in customer service or office administration is preferred but not explicitly required.
