Description

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner to create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
  • Schedule new referrals and patient visits received by fax, phone, or from physician offices.
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and collect payments due at the time of service.
  • Support patient intake and practice management processes to help the clinic run efficiently.
  • Make welcome calls and help monitor arrival rates through positive customer experience.
  • Manage the daily schedule, document routing, deposits, and non-clinical documentation.
  • Maintain caseload-related reporting, including discharge candidates, progress notes, and insurance reporting.
  • Monitor clinic inventory and keep the front office workspace orderly and organized.
  • Complete required training, including Raintree/business process updates and quarterly compliance training.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with business office and field leadership.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple computer programs and manage detail-oriented work.
  • Strong organizational skills, deadline management, and the ability to work with little to no supervision.
  • Efficient time management and presentation skills as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work full time, Monday through Friday, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • May be required to work additional hours, evenings, weekends, or special events as needed.
  • Experience in customer service or office operations is preferred for this entry-level role.
  • Ability to use standard office equipment and perform sedentary computer-based work.
  • Must be able to meet the physical requirements of an indoor office environment.
