Description

  • Work with system owners to ingest new log feeds for security monitoring.
  • Enhance and maintain detection and response platforms.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows to automatically investigate and triage security issues.
  • Investigate alerts and incidents as part of the incident response process.
  • Develop common response workflows using AI and SOAR technology.
  • Hunt for threats across the environment.
  • Help build and maintain the security data lake.
  • Monitor and actively defend corporate and product infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 2 years of incident detection and response engineering experience.
  • Strong assume-breach mindset and ability to follow issues through to completion.
  • Ability to build robust log search queries.
  • Solid proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
  • Strong Git experience, including rebasing.
  • AWS experience and infrastructure-as-code resource management experience (preferred).
  • OSX endpoint investigation experience (preferred).
  • Internal application development experience (preferred).
  • SaaS application security experience (preferred).
  • Experience in a high-security environment or managing threat intelligence (preferred).
  • 3+ years of incident detection and response engineering experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work with East/West Coast time zones and remotely in the US.
