Description

  • Own and evolve the Credit Analytics vision and roadmap across credit forecasting, valuation, and risk capital.
  • Lead the development and disciplined use of credit forecasting and valuation frameworks that support financial planning, portfolio monitoring, and investor narratives.
  • Own risk capital operations, measurement, and reporting, including capital analytics, stress scenarios, and risk appetite frameworks.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and capital teams to build credit and capital infrastructure, tooling, data models, pipelines, and dashboards.
  • Unify internal and external credit risk narratives with ML and investor- and capital-focused analytics partners.
  • Translate complex performance drivers into executive-ready insights and recommendations that inform funding strategy and deal structures.
  • Develop, coach, and empower managers and senior individual contributors on best practices, technical depth, and business problem-solving.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and continuous improvement within the analytics organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience in analytics, risk, or quantitative finance roles in technology, fintech, or financial services.
  • 5+ years leading and developing analytics and/or risk management teams.
  • Experience building and deploying credit risk or loss forecasting and portfolio valuation frameworks for consumer credit or comparable lending businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with structured finance and/or risk capital, such as securitizations, warehouse facilities, forward-flow, or similar institutional funding structures.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language such as Python or R.
  • Experience working with large datasets and modern data platforms and BI tools.
  • Degree in Quantitative Finance/Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Track record of integrating credit, finance, and capital perspectives into unified analytical frameworks and narratives is preferred.
  • Experience modernizing credit forecasting, valuation, or capital analytics infrastructure in partnership with engineering and ML teams is preferred.
  • Experience with internal or external audits, controls, and governance such as SOX or valuation reviews is preferred.

  • Anticipated base salary range of $198,100 to $291,000 USD for U.S. remote roles.
