Description

  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
  • Implement proactive strategies to safeguard and retain existing revenue, identifying and mitigating churn risks.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to drive revenue expansion within existing accounts.
  • Lead contract negotiations for renewals and expansions, coordinating closely with legal and finance teams to structure agreements.
  • Monitor account health and track/report on renewal rates, upsell success, and other relevant metrics to inform strategy.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align on account strategies and ensure consistent customer value delivery.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to provide informed recommendations and improve client satisfaction.
  • Drive product adoption and continuous value realization for customers to strengthen long-term relationships and growth potential.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Account Manager or similar commercial role with a strong track record in SaaS renewals and revenue growth.
  • Sales or Account Executive experience is advantageous, demonstrating commercial acumen in SaaS environments.
  • Solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM).
  • Proven contract negotiation skills with experience balancing client needs and company goals.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify account expansion opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency using metrics to inform decisions that impact renewals and revenue growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, success, marketing, legal, finance).
  • Comfortable adopting and experimenting with AI tools to enhance work processes.
  • Relevant cybersecurity or TPRM certifications are a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work without visa sponsorship or relocation support; candidates will need to complete national police history and reference checks (for US applicants, hiring is currently limited to CA, MD, MA, IL, OR, WA, CO, TX, FL, PA, LA, MO, or DC).
