Description

  • Manage the full-cycle Talent Acquisition process for commercial/technical roles across multiple European locations to ensure a frictionless candidate experience.
  • Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines through tactical research, referrals, sourcing, digital campaigns, and other talent-attraction efforts.
  • Execute executive search and headhunting to identify and engage top candidates across multiple regions.
  • Conduct first-round (and other) interviews as needed to meet hiring targets, using varied interview techniques.
  • Screen candidate applications and assessments, schedule interviews, deliver feedback, and handle candidate communications with a focus on top-tier experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, debrief candidates, and align on selection decisions.
  • Manage external job postings and recruiting platforms to attract inbound talent.
  • Monitor and manage all stages of the candidate lifecycle in the ATS, maintain applicant tracking data, and report on recruitment metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter working with technical positions.
  • Demonstrated talent sourcing and recruitment experience within Fintech.
  • Executive Search / headhunting experience is required.
  • Strong oral and written English (B2–C1).
  • Excellent attention to detail and an out-of-the-box, proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn continuously and participate in HR-related projects to extend expertise.
  • Experience maintaining applicant tracking data and reporting recruitment/hiring metrics.
