Description

  • Collaborate with product leadership to define the long-term vision and strategy for ad quality, privacy, and trust and safety.
  • Own and shape the product roadmap to deliver business impact and customer value.
  • Lead the strategy for ad quality, including creative moderation, ad policy enforcement, and fraud prevention.
  • Make ad quality more accessible and scalable for publishers across the network.
  • Drive a proactive privacy strategy that identifies growth opportunities within the global regulatory landscape.
  • Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to size opportunities and inform roadmap priorities.
  • Work with the Data Platform team to improve models, reporting, workflows, and data infrastructure.
  • Partner with product and engineering leadership to build alignment and secure buy-in for high-impact growth initiatives.
  • Monitor the health and performance of the ad network and adapt strategies to changes in the market.
  • Support trust and safety efforts and collaborate with PMs across Exchange and programmatic teams.

Requirements

  • Previous product management experience in AdTech.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: privacy/identity, ad quality, creative moderation, or ad policies.
  • Understanding of the sell-side publisher ads ecosystem; buy-side or advertiser experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and technical aptitude, including the ability to work with complex systems and technical stakeholders.
  • Passion for solving complex technical problems and understanding how products work behind the scenes.
  • Curiosity and initiative in using AI in product development workflows.
  • Hands-on SQL experience is a plus.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising, exchange technology, or supply-side platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the evolving global privacy and data regulation landscape is a plus.
  • Demand expertise and understanding of how data production influences value to advertisers is a plus.
  • Sufficient English proficiency for professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
