Description

  • Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems that integrate large language models with enterprise data, tools, and workflows.
  • Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and secure enterprise connectors.
  • Build and iterate on conversational agents that address real-world problems and deliver measurable business value.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact features aligned with business goals.
  • Lead technical execution through ambiguity and help shape solutions for complex system challenges at scale.
  • Drive quality and performance through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation.
  • Mentor teammates and contribute to a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Modernize core backend infrastructure supporting advertising delivery systems such as auction, pacing, and bidding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8-10+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 1-2+ years of experience working on AI-powered systems or products.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience with prompt engineering using LLM APIs.
  • Expertise in LLM integration and understanding of model architecture trade-offs for ad-tech use cases.
  • Hands-on experience with vector stores such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate.
  • Experience with embedding models and data orchestration for context-aware AI.
  • Familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for interoperable connections between AI models and data sources.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python.
  • Background in building large-scale distributed systems and real-time data pipelines using Kafka, Flink, or Spark.
  • Comfort with rapid prototyping and iterative testing in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment.
  • Ad-tech domain knowledge such as auction mechanics, bidding algorithms, or advertiser delivery funnels is preferred.
  • English proficiency sufficient for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
