Description

  • Serve as the senior finance business partner to the GM/VP of Ads and executive leadership.
  • Lead long-range planning, the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and monthly close processes for the Ads business unit.
  • Translate monetization strategy, product roadmaps, and go-to-market initiatives into financial impact models.
  • Build scenario models for pricing, ad load, fill rates, demand, CPM trends, user growth, and platform mix.
  • Drive KPI reporting across Ads metrics including revenue, ARPDAU, impressions, CPMs, fill rate, LTV/CAC, and yield optimization.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Data Science, and Revenue Operations to analyze performance drivers and optimize monetization strategies.
  • Ensure alignment with public company reporting requirements and revenue recognition standards.
  • Deliver executive-level narratives that explain financial results and forward outlook.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team supporting Ads.
  • Establish scalable forecasting, automation, and data processes while improving modeling sophistication and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience within the advertising or digital media sector.
  • Deep understanding of advertising metrics such as ad load, fill rates, user growth, and platform mix.
  • Proven experience developing financial models and forecasts that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools, including advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Work authorization requiring no visa or immigration sponsorship, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Strong English communication skills for frequent written and verbal collaboration with colleagues and partners worldwide.
