Description

Build and deploy production machine learning models that deliver measurable business impact within short timeframes.
Own major machine learning initiatives end to end, from problem definition through deployment and outcome tracking.
Work on real-time ML systems at scale using rich, diverse datasets.
Identify high-value opportunities and help shape the team’s roadmap.
Introduce new methodologies and approaches that expand the team’s capabilities.
Contribute fresh machine learning perspectives that raise the team’s technical bar.
Explore novel techniques and implement them in production systems.
Use experimentation infrastructure to iterate quickly and validate results.
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate technical findings and solution approaches.

Requirements

Strong deep learning knowledge, including practical experience training multiple networks and understanding convergence and scale.
Experience delivering production ML models with measurable business impact, including problem definition, A/B testing, deployment, and outcome tracking.
Deep familiarity with the modern GenAI development stack.
Strong programming skills in Python and the deep learning stack, including PyTorch, scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
Ability to write clean, efficient code for production systems.
Demonstrated ability to independently explore unfamiliar ML domains, synthesize technical literature, and implement novel approaches.
Structured problem-solving ability to decompose complex business problems and design solution approaches.
Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to stakeholders.
Comfort working with state-of-the-art pretrained models and understanding their underlying mechanics.
English proficiency for frequent professional verbal and written communication with global colleagues and partners.
Relocation support is not available for this position.
