Description

  • Lead global compensation research and benchmarking, translating market trends into actionable recommendations and strategy.
  • Design, implement, and audit end-to-end global salary structures and pay ranges using sophisticated financial and market modeling.
  • Drive the global launch and execution of the Job Architecture redesign, managing role mapping, calibration, and high-velocity rollouts.
  • Partner with People Tech to ensure seamless system integration of job architecture and compensation tooling.
  • Build and scale automated compensation toolkits and models, integrating AI where appropriate to increase team velocity and analytic accuracy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor and escalation point for Recruiting and leadership to resolve ambiguous pay situations and structure complex offers.
  • Provide hands-on leadership on new and midstream compensation projects, delivering immediate value with minimal ramp-up time.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading compensation infrastructure, salary structures, and market strategy at scale within the technology sector.
  • Ability to quickly contribute to fast-moving, new-and-mid-stream projects with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Proficiency building complex, automated models from scratch in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet/apps.
  • Previous experience with or strong interest in integrating AI tools into compensation workflows to improve efficiency and analytics.
  • Experience acting as the escalation point for complex compensation cases where data is limited, providing principled, 'right for the right reasons' guidance.
  • Comfort advising Recruiting and senior leadership and operating as a trusted consultant on compensation decisions.
  • Fluency in English sufficient for professional verbal and written communication across global teams.
  • Relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are not available for this position (candidates must be eligible to work without sponsorship).
