Description

  • Lead global compensation research and benchmarking, translating market trends into actionable recommendations to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Design, implement, and audit end-to-end global salary structures and pay ranges using sophisticated modeling to ensure fiscal sustainability and alignment with company philosophy.
  • Drive the global launch and execution of the Job Architecture redesign, managing high-velocity role mapping, calibration, and change management.
  • Partner with People Tech to integrate job architecture and compensation systems for seamless operationalization.
  • Build scalable compensation toolkits and automated models, leveraging AI and process automation to increase team velocity and analytical accuracy.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and escalation point for Recruiting and leadership on complex or ambiguous pay cases, providing structured guidance and guardrails.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting, Compensation leadership, and other stakeholders to resolve compensation issues and facilitate complex offers.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading compensation infrastructure, salary structure design, and market strategy at scale within the technology sector.
  • Ability to quickly integrate into fast-moving new and midstream projects and deliver immediate value with minimal ramp-up.
  • Proficiency building complex, automated models from scratch in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet/apps.
  • Previous experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools into compensation workflows to drive efficiency and scale.
  • Experience designing and implementing job architecture and performing role mapping and calibration at a global level.
  • Experience serving as an escalation point for complex compensation cases where data is limited, providing defensible, equity-focused decisions.
  • Sufficient professional verbal and written English to communicate regularly with global colleagues and partners.
  • Relocation support and work visa/immigration sponsorship are not available for this position.
