Description

  • Lead global compensation research and benchmarking strategies, translating market shifts into actionable recommendations.
  • Design, implement, and audit end-to-end global salary structures using sophisticated modeling to ensure fiscal sustainability and alignment with company philosophy.
  • Drive the global launch and high-velocity mapping and calibration of the Job Architecture redesign.
  • Partner with People Tech to integrate compensation structures into systems and ensure seamless technical execution.
  • Build scalable compensation toolkits and automated models, actively integrating AI tools to increase team velocity and analytic accuracy.
  • Provide strategic advisory to Recruiting and leadership, resolving ambiguous pay situations and facilitating complex offers with structural guardrails.
  • Provide hands‑on leadership on new and midstream projects and act as an internal insights expert synthesizing market trends into strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading compensation infrastructure, salary structures, and market strategy at scale within the technology sector.
  • Senior/lead-level experience managing global compensation programs and executing job architecture initiatives.
  • Ability to rapidly contribute to fast-moving, new-and-mid-stream projects with minimal ramp-up time.
  • Proficiency building complex, automated models from scratch in Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet/apps.
  • Experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools into compensation workflows to improve efficiency and analytics.
  • Experience serving as an escalation point for complex cases with limited data and providing defensible guidance.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Recruiting, People Tech, and senior leadership across regions.
  • Sufficient professional verbal and written proficiency in English for global collaboration.
  • Must not require relocation support and must be eligible to work without visa/immigration sponsorship for this position.
