Description

  • Lead global compensation research and benchmarking, translating market shifts into actionable recommendations to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Design, implement, and audit end-to-end global salary structures using sophisticated modeling to ensure ranges are fiscally sustainable and aligned with company philosophy.
  • Drive the global launch of the Job Architecture redesign, managing high-velocity role mapping and calibration.
  • Partner with People Tech to ensure seamless system integration of compensation structures and job architecture.
  • Build scalable compensation toolkits and automated models, actively integrating AI tools to increase team velocity and analytic accuracy.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Recruiting and leadership, resolving ambiguous pay situations and facilitating complex offers.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex or data-thin compensation cases, providing principled, documented guidance.
  • Provide hands-on leadership on new and midstream projects to deliver immediate value with minimal ramp-up time.

Requirements

  • Proven track record leading compensation infrastructure, salary structures, and market strategy at scale within the technology sector.
  • Ability to join fast-moving, new and midstream projects and deliver immediate, practical value.
  • Proficiency building complex, automated models from scratch in Google Sheets or similar applications.
  • Previous experience with or strong interest in integrating AI tools into compensation workflows to drive efficiency.
  • Experience acting as an escalation point for complex compensation cases where data is limited and providing 'right for the right reasons' guidance.
  • Experience partnering with Recruiting, People Tech, and Compensation leadership on operationalizing pay strategies.
  • Sufficient professional verbal and written English proficiency for frequent global communication.
  • No relocation support and no work visa/immigration sponsorship available for this position (candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship).
