Description

  • Partner with cross-functional R&D teams to identify pain points and build internal platforms, self-service templates, and developer tooling.
  • Develop AI-assisted capabilities and integrate AI-driven tools into engineering workflows and delivery pipelines.
  • Build and maintain reliable, automated development and testing environments for developers and data teams.
  • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters using infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Design and maintain CI/CD platforms and self-service release workflows that support independent build, test, monitor, and deploy operations.
  • Build tooling for infrastructure governance, cost visibility, and policy enforcement.
  • Support secure, scalable, and cost-efficient infrastructure foundations.
  • Work closely with engineers across multiple domains to improve developer productivity and experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering roles.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or TypeScript.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, scaling, and troubleshooting in production.
  • Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Pulumi (preferred), Terraform, or similar.
  • Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including networking, IAM, and cost management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and logging tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
  • Experience building internal developer platforms, self-service tooling, or developer experience improvements is a strong plus.
  • Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, coding agents, or AI-driven engineering tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with distributed R&D teams.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English for frequent professional verbal and written communication.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
