Description

  • Partner with stakeholders to define the problem space and shape technical solutions from concept to production.
  • Lead the design and implementation of resilient data platform architecture.
  • Translate complex and ambiguous requirements into clear data engineering solutions.
  • Identify data bottlenecks and opportunities to improve data flows and platform performance.
  • Propose and deliver architectural improvements to the data platform.
  • Influence the data engineering roadmap toward technical excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with senior software and data engineers on platform challenges and solutions.
  • Own technical solutions through deployment and production delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering fundamentals applied to data engineering.
  • Expertise with data streaming technologies such as Kafka and Flink.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively in a team setting.
  • Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and translating their needs into technical requirements.
  • Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbally and in writing.
  • Relocation support is not available for this position.
  • Work visa or immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
  • Experience delivering solutions at team-wide scale is preferred.
