Description

  • Own the end-to-end growth strategy across acquisition, store conversion, in-game behavior, retention, and monetization.
  • Build short-, mid-, and long-term growth plans based on product goals and data.
  • Define success metrics and benchmarks for each step of the player journey and identify funnel bottlenecks.
  • Own App Store and Google Play presence, including icons, screenshots, videos, and descriptions.
  • Plan and execute A/B tests for store assets and continuously iterate based on performance data.
  • Own paid user acquisition strategy across major platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and AppLovin.
  • Define testing frameworks, budgets, experiment priorities, and scaling logic for UA campaigns.
  • Analyze in-game data to connect campaign performance with retention, engagement, monetization, and feature usage.
  • Collaborate with marketing creative and art teams to define creative needs, testing plans, and platform-specific assets.
  • Identify and execute organic growth initiatives across social media, community, content, and ASO.
  • Build reporting frameworks that combine UA, store, and in-game data into actionable insights.
  • Document learnings, follow up on execution, and raise issues when results diverge from expectations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth, User Acquisition, or Performance Marketing for mobile apps or games.
  • Proven experience owning strategy, not just execution.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel growth, including UA, store conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Comfortable working with both campaign data and in-game analytics.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, product, and analytics teams.
  • Able to define plans, execute them, analyze results, and iterate independently.
  • Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset.
  • Experience with visual novels, dating sims, or narrative-driven games is a plus.
  • Background in product analytics or monetization strategy is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ASO tools and experimentation frameworks is a plus.
  • Experience building organic or community-driven growth channels is a plus.
  • Experience leading or mentoring UA or marketing team members is a plus.
