Description

  • Research and track trends across mobile games, entertainment, fashion, and social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Analyze competitor campaigns and identify the creative elements, emotional hooks, and storytelling approaches that perform best.
  • Create weekly and monthly trend reports with actionable creative insights.
  • Collaborate with UA and Product teams to analyze campaign performance data such as CTR, CPI, and ROAS.
  • Translate performance data into creative hypotheses, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
  • Develop marketing stories, dialogue flows, ad scripts, and concepts for UGC, playable, and video ads.
  • Create character-driven, emotionally engaging ad ideas aligned with audience fantasies and the game tone.
  • Work with marketing artists, UX/UI designers, narrative designers, and product managers to ensure concepts are executable and consistent.
  • Prepare creative briefs, storyboards, mood boards, and tone guidelines for ad production.
  • Maintain a database of creative tests and performance results, and present creative learnings to guide future iterations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, narrative design, or marketing in gaming, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of mobile game marketing and emotional storytelling.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret performance data such as CTR, CPI, and ROAS and turn it into creative actions.
  • Excellent storytelling and writing skills for short-form, emotionally engaging narratives.
  • Deep understanding of player psychology, especially in romance, lifestyle, and drama genres.
  • Experience creating storyboards, briefs, and scripts for marketing use.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across art, product, narrative, development, and UA.
  • High awareness of social media trends and content virality, especially on TikTok and Instagram.
