Description

  • Manage the project through its complete lifecycle and scope.
  • Establish and control project governance, milestones, schedules, and delivery plans.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, risks, issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies.
  • Liaise with the Project Board and other key stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Assign and control tasks, authorize work packages, and balance team priorities and workload.
  • Motivate project team members and support effective team execution.
  • Plan and control project product delivery processes and ensure deliverables are produced on time.
  • Prepare project management artifacts such as plans, logs, and schedules.
  • Define roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in the project.
  • Prepare and present oral and written technical reports and project presentations; organize and conduct project meetings.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in an ICT-relevant field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant IT professional experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Certification in at least one of the following: PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or PM2 Essential/Advanced.
  • Experience leading at least one medium-to-large ICT project as a project manager.
  • Proven experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment.
  • Experience working in the public sector, preferably in international organisations or EU institutions.
  • Knowledge and experience applying project management methodologies and methods.
  • Prior experience applying Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent English language skills at C-level, written and spoken.
