Description

  • Partner with account executives early in deals to identify and refine the highest-impact use cases.
  • Guide customer conversations toward measurable business value rather than technical features alone.
  • Apply structured frameworks to prioritize use cases by volume, cost, frequency, operational friction, and business impact.
  • Translate use cases into clear business cases with baseline metrics, expected outcomes, and POC success criteria.
  • Support POCs as proof-of-value exercises and build executive-ready narratives that drive budget and expansion.
  • Enable AEs and SEs to run value-selling conversations, quantify pain early, and position use cases in business terms.
  • Develop repeatable value engineering tools and assets such as use case libraries, value calculators, POC templates, and business case frameworks.
  • Standardize how value is identified, measured, and communicated across the GTM motion.
  • Help convert single-use-case POCs into broader multi-use-case deployments and enterprise AI programs.
  • Create feedback loops that inform sales strategy, vertical targeting, and product direction.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of experience in Value Engineering or Value Consulting, strategy or consulting, or RevOps/GTM strategy in a technical product company.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers on business cases and transformation initiatives.
  • Strong ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping problems from scratch.
  • Ability to structure and simplify complex ideas.
  • Ability to influence frontline sellers and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with companies such as Palantir, Snowflake, Databricks, Celonis, McKinsey, Bain, or BCG is preferred.
  • Mindset oriented toward speed, pragmatism, systems, and repeatability rather than one-off analysis.
  • Comfort being embedded in deals and pushing back on weak use cases.
  • Independent builder who thrives on ownership and quality.
