Description

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand their workflows, challenges, and goals.
  • Translate customer needs into structured AI solution plans using Unframe’s platform.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects with engineers and AI specialists.
  • Write detailed product specs and define prompt and context structures that shape solution behavior.
  • Balance speed, scalability, stability, and customer impact in product decisions.
  • Identify repeatable patterns and work with the Platform team to improve and scale reusable capabilities.
  • Act as the voice of the user throughout the full product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Program Management, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex technical products.
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to break down ambiguous problems into actionable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High attention to detail with strong ownership and execution skills.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment with evolving priorities.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI products, LLMs, and emerging technologies.
