Description

  • Own relationships with enterprise customers and understand their goals, workflows, and success measures.
  • Lead onboarding and enablement sessions that drive adoption and measurable value.
  • Partner with customers to design use cases, build training scenarios, and refine conversation prompts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by sharing best practices, troubleshooting issues, and helping customers resolve blockers quickly.
  • Capture, synthesize, and communicate customer insights to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Test new features and releases from the customer perspective to validate usability, performance, and real-world value.
  • Help define Customer Success processes as the company scales by creating playbooks, onboarding frameworks, documentation, and scalable engagement processes.
  • Contribute to Customer Success tooling decisions and support implementation as tools are adopted.

Requirements

  • Around 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions, or a similar customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Direct experience working with enterprise customers and independently owning relationships as a primary point of contact.
  • Comfort leading customer conversations, workshops, and onboarding with little oversight.
  • Experience with software products and familiarity with the enterprise software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to translate customer needs into clear, structured insights for Product and GTM teams.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI tools, including prompting and conversational design concepts.
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented approach suited to a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
  • Preferred: startup experience and comfort building structure where little exists.
  • Preferred: experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, IT support, software testing, or product-adjacent roles.
  • Preferred: experience supporting AI-powered, conversational, or learning technology products.
  • Preferred: experience working across time zones with distributed teams.
  • Preferred: background in learning and development, training, sales enablement, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to turn complex feedback into clear product insights.
  • Organized, adaptable, and eager to contribute wherever needed.
  • Enthusiastic learner with an interest in conversational technology and product development.
