Description

  • Build strong relationships with customers and own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewals.
  • Partner with customer stakeholders to develop custom engagement initiatives that increase user adoption and support patient needs.
  • Manage current customer data and maintain accurate account information.
  • Analyze customer engagement metrics and use insights to communicate value, trends, and opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Deliver program demos and provide technical guidance on how to get the most out of the platform.
  • Recommend creative ways for customers to realize value from the Bask platform.
  • Work closely in a fast-paced startup environment and contribute across multiple functions as needed.
  • Take ownership of a wide range of tasks in a small collaborative team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or Customer Success at a SaaS organization.
  • Experience in e-commerce.
  • Experience managing a large to enterprise-sized customer book of business.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and know when to seek help.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly articulate with strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating with teams across product, sales, marketing, and other functions.
