Description

  • Manage end-to-end media project workflows across Paid Search, Programmatic, Social, Display, and endemic platforms.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting for media workstreams.
  • Partner with analytics and activation teams to align schedules with reporting, optimization cycles, and campaign updates.
  • Track approvals, dependencies, and milestones tied to healthcare compliance processes, including legal, regulatory, and MLR review.
  • Lead status meetings and working sessions, and proactively communicate risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Drive scope development, governance, resource forecasting, and budget pacing to keep projects on time and within scope.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure clear documentation, handoffs, and adherence to established media SOPs and processes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, ideally in a media agency or healthcare marketing environment.
  • Experience managing media campaigns for pharma, biotech, or healthcare clients.
  • Strong understanding of digital media workflows and cross-channel dependencies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, or Asana.
  • Experience with media launch work is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or a similar certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is preferred.
