Description

  • Build secure microservices for financial systems.
  • Own services end-to-end from design and deployment through monitoring.
  • Improve code quality through automation and modern engineering practices.
  • Help maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines and delivery workflows.
  • Stay current with new technologies and share insights with the team.
  • Work in a meetings-light, Kanban-driven environment.
  • Contribute to shaping the product and its technical direction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience.
  • Strong English proficiency at C1 level or above.
  • Experience working with Java and Spring, with a passion for learning their nuances.
  • Testing expertise.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing as a team player.
  • Willingness to come to the office twice a week.
  • Eligible to work in the UK or Poland without visa sponsorship.
  • Experience with Java 21 and Spring Boot/Cloud 3.3 is relevant.
  • Experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and SQL/NoSQL databases is relevant.
