Description

  • Own the editorial calendar and content operation across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, the blog, and the newsletter.
  • Build distribution and community strategies across founder and operator communities such as Reddit, Slack, and Discord.
  • Source and produce customer stories that strengthen credibility with founders and decision makers.
  • Secure newsletter, community, webinar, and other PR-style placements that expand reach.
  • Measure content performance against awareness and pipeline goals and use the data to prioritize future work.
  • Establish playbooks and tooling to keep content consistent and outcome-driven at scale.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and commercial leadership to align content with broader go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a brand or content lead who has built a content operation from the ground up, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, or a B2B startup.
  • Comfortable working part-time or on a contract basis with a self-directed, low-oversight approach.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to define and maintain brand voice.
  • Experience building distribution and community strategy beyond standard social posting.
  • Data-informed approach to tracking content impact on awareness and pipeline.
  • Systems-builder mindset with experience creating playbooks and tooling that outlast day-to-day involvement.
  • Genuine interest in the high-growth e-commerce and fintech ecosystem.
  • Eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
