Description

  • Understand project briefs and translate them into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for intuitive user experiences.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Generate user personas, user scenarios, sitemaps, and customer journey maps.
  • Research, conceive, sketch, prototype, and iterate on experiences for digital products.
  • Identify design problems and develop elegant solutions for core features and new functionality.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to better understand problems and goals.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of end users through primary and secondary research, including interviews and traffic data.
  • Assist in pre-sales, post-sales, and product development efforts to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the client and internal team.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience.
  • Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments is preferred.
  • Graphic design capabilities are preferred.
  • Proficiency with standard UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, or Framer.
  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of UX design best practices, mobile-first design, and responsive design.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility.
  • Ability to clearly communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate closely with distributed stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work in a self-organizing Scrum team within a scaled agile framework.
  • Interest in UX, design innovation, and keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies.
