Description

  • Work closely with the assigned Project Manager to define and track project scope.
  • Gather, document, and validate requirements for IT systems, enhancements, and features.
  • Facilitate and support meetings with business users and stakeholders to elicit requirements.
  • Review business documents and other inputs to support requirements gathering activities.
  • Write Business Requirements Documents for use in development and testing phases.
  • Write Business Process Documents to document post-implementation process changes.
  • Create Requirements Traceability Matrices to track and validate requirement and feature delivery.
  • Manage defects from reporting through verification and closure.
  • Translate business requirements into test cases.
  • Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for automated system testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis within Software Engineering or Software Testing.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Mantis, or BugZilla.
  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle, documentation standards, and methodologies.
  • Experience writing Business Requirements Documents, Business Process Documents, and Requirements Traceability Matrices.
  • Experience defining and documenting process workflows for system implementation.
  • Experience writing test plans, test cases, test execution results, and test reports.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a self-organizing Scrum team in a scaled agile framework.
  • Must be self-starter who enjoys collaborating with team members and clients.
