Description

  • Partner with the Head of Web Strategy to build a prioritized roadmap for website conversion, technical improvements, publishing processes, and site health initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the SEO agency to identify keyword opportunities, improve on-page elements, and implement site-wide architectural changes that support organic growth.
  • Own execution of the web roadmap, including homepage and pricing optimization, paid-media landing pages, SEO content publishing, technical SEO remediation, and core web vitals improvements.
  • Manage the CRO experimentation program end to end, including hypothesis generation, prioritization, testing, analysis, and rollout of winning variants.
  • Oversee the publishing workflow by managing the CMS, validating site changes, and ensuring releases are fast, high-quality, and error-free.
  • Monitor and improve web performance metrics such as site speed, stability, core web vitals, bounce and exit rates, time-to-lead, sign-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Create strong feedback loops with SEO, Paid Media, Brand, PMM, Data, and Rev Ops to keep site architecture, content, and channel activity aligned.
  • Identify technical debt and friction points, then work cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks in publishing, architecture, and conversion flows.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the web function by helping build capabilities such as personalization, automation, and growth experimentation.

Requirements

  • Substantial hands-on experience in web optimization, publishing workflows, CRO, and technical web fundamentals, including site performance and core web vitals.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including technical SEO areas such as indexing, schema, and sitemaps, plus on-page optimization such as metadata, internal linking, and content hierarchy.
  • Experience managing technical publishing processes, including CMS ownership, release validation, operational reliability, and zero-downtime releases.
  • Strong data literacy with the ability to generate hypotheses, run experiments, interpret results, and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating across Paid Media, SEO, Brand, Data, Rev Ops, and Product Marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving growth or SaaS environment and balance short-term wins with long-term platform stability.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical web issues clearly.
  • Preferred: proven experience in a SaaS or high-growth organization.
  • Preferred: experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog.
  • Preferred: experience with personalization platforms, automation frameworks, or advanced web-growth tactics.
