Description

  • Lead and manage the ERP team to ensure seamless service delivery, team productivity, and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee strategy, revenue tracking, budget management, utilization, and financial performance for the department.
  • Manage staffing coverage, work allocation, timesheet accuracy, billing accuracy, and operational continuity across time zones.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for staff concerns, escalations, and employee issues.
  • Lead client relationship management, including billing concerns, dispute resolution, and service expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain minimum billable hours and perform direct client work as part of the role.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, and other departments to align contracts, scope, and service delivery.
  • Monitor KPIs, performance reports, and department metrics to improve retention, satisfaction, and service quality.
  • Develop and implement training plans, development plans, coaching, and performance improvement actions for team members.
  • Drive process improvements, compliance adherence, innovation, and change management across ERP operations.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience in ERP or related professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or 17+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems and compliance processes.
  • 5+ years of experience with Sage Intacct.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a multi-client, multi-time zone environment.
  • Experience managing teams, developing training programs, and improving workforce productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Preferred: demonstrated success driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Preferred: experience managing remote global or multi-regional teams.
  • Preferred: background in process automation, payroll technology solutions, Asana, Monday, or task/document management systems.
  • Preferred: experience with client retention strategies and business development initiatives.
