Description

  • Perform bank reconciliations across multiple entities.
  • Raise internal customer recharge invoices across multiple businesses.
  • Raise group charge invoices on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles as required.
  • Process recurring charge invoices monthly, quarterly, and annually across multiple businesses.
  • Process credit notes with the appropriate supporting documentation.
  • Maintain digital document filing within shared service drives.
  • Support day-to-day accounts receivable processing within the Shared Services team.
  • Assist with general accounts receivable and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help ensure the accuracy and completeness of receivables records across multiple business units.
  • Perform other position-level duties as they arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounting, or a similar finance role.
  • Experience with invoicing, bank reconciliations, and receivables administration.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes, documentation control, and finance administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with digital filing and documentation management systems.
  • Ability to work effectively within a shared services environment.
  • Experience with Pronto ERP is desirable.
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations is desirable.
