Description

  • Lead and manage a development team while remaining primarily hands-on as a senior developer.
  • Design, implement, and maintain front-end and mobile features using React and React Native.
  • Develop backend services and APIs in Go and support Postgres-backed data storage.
  • Deploy and manage services on AWS and ensure system reliability.
  • Integrate applications with third-party services and external APIs.
  • Refine user stories, break down work, assign tasks, and plan team deliverables.
  • Review team members' code and deliverables, provide feedback, and ensure quality.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • Experience with React and React Native.
  • Experience developing in Go (Golang).
  • Experience with Postgres databases.
  • Experience deploying and operating services on AWS.
  • Experience integrating applications with third-party apps and APIs.
  • Prior experience as a development manager or team lead.
  • Strong initiative, collaborative mindset, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines; available for a 6–12 month remote contract.
