Description

  • Design, develop, and customize Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) applications.
  • Analyze, configure, and troubleshoot issues arising in the CC&B application.
  • Work with UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, and service tasks.
  • Develop and support CC&B Java extensions and related technical components.
  • Use XAI, XSLT, and XPath in application development and integration work.
  • Perform PL/SQL development as part of the technical solution.
  • Collaborate on technical design for CC&B solutions and enhancements.
  • Apply techno-functional knowledge across billing, payments, credit and collection, and financials areas.
  • Work within the Oracle Utilities OUAF framework and related tools.
  • Support high-performance, multi-threaded Java application extensions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing customizations for Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) 2.6 application; 2.7 experience is a plus.
  • Strong CC&B and CCS functional and technical expertise.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience with CC&B Java.
  • Minimum 3 years of Java experience.
  • Experience working on UI Maps, BPA scripts, plug-ins, service scripts, BOs, and service tasks.
  • Good knowledge of XAI, XSLT, and XPath.
  • Experience with PL/SQL development.
  • Good understanding of CCB-specific Java, including Oracle Utilities SDK, Eclipse 3.7, and Hibernate Query Language.
  • Experience writing high-performance, multi-threaded, critical Java application extensions.
  • Broad functional knowledge of CC&B in at least 2-3 core areas such as Billing, Payments, Credit & Collection, and Financials, including CC&B configuration knowledge.
  • Good techno-functional knowledge of Oracle CC&B and the OUAF framework.
  • Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
  • Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service Certified Implementation certification.
