Description

  • Manage the full recruitment process for the Malaysia and APAC region from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Build a pipeline of top talent through research and sourcing activities.
  • Engage candidates throughout the interview process to maintain a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring teams and the talent team to develop and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Develop effective interview plans to support hiring managers in decision-making.
  • Manage the offer process in partnership with hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Source technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels, including social media, targeted campaigns, and networking events.
  • Evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude during candidate screening and assessment.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of full life-cycle IT recruiting experience.
  • Experience sourcing technical and non-technical candidates through multiple channels.
  • Ability to effectively evaluate technical and non-technical aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a global hiring environment, especially the APAC region.
  • Any degree.
  • Must be flexible with hours and available on the phone when needed.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Must be a team player and able to meet targets.
  • Experience in bringing and building clients is preferred.
