Description

  • Own the end-to-end event and webinar demand generation strategy, including audience segmentation, tiering, event mix, and investment priorities across NAMER, APJ, and EMEA.
  • Design and operationalize workflows for lead capture, registrant data hygiene, speed-to-lead, closed-loop reporting, and event performance measurement.
  • Establish forecasting models, pipeline expectations, and reporting for influenced and attributed revenue.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Twilio.org and core internal teams including .Com Events, PMM, Demand Gen, Sales, SDRs, Product, and Marketing Operations.
  • Create governance models and operating rhythms to clarify ownership, expectations, and execution across teams.
  • Lead sales enablement for events and webinars by developing talk tracks, FAQs, briefing materials, follow-up frameworks, and feedback loops.
  • Lead strategy and execution for hosted and sponsored in-person and virtual events, including logistics, budgets, vendors, and onsite operations.
  • Build annual and multi-quarter event and webinar plans, playbooks, calendars, and execution roadmaps.
  • Develop event content, landing pages, nurture flows, and supporting sales enablement materials for webinars, roundtables, and custom experiences.
  • Own dashboards, reporting cadences, funnel metrics, ROI analysis, and pre- to post-event nurture strategy in partnership with Marketing Operations and Analytics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software event and field marketing.
  • Proven success partnering with sales, product marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive event impact and alignment.
  • Strong understanding of event operations, including budgeting, vendor management, contract negotiation, and onsite execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs and tactics with strong organization.
  • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, including inquiries, MQLs, and SQLs.
  • Experience managing event-driven leads through Salesforce for lead capture, ROI tracking, and campaign attribution.
  • Experience with Tableau and Salesforce; working knowledge of Google Apps, email platforms such as Marketo, ON24, and Slack.
  • Experience designing and scaling event-led demand generation programs, not just executing individual events.
  • Experience working across Sales, SDR, Marketing Ops, and PMM to define revenue workflows and success metrics.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous or evolving environments that require program design and process creation.
  • Experience owning forecasting, pipeline attribution, and performance measurement for marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to use data to guide decisions and resource allocation.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport, set expectations, and drive results.
  • Ability to establish credibility cross-functionally and with leadership to support collaboration and decision-making.
  • Preferred: industry experience in CPaaS, CCaaS, Customer Data Platforms, or cloud communications.
  • Preferred: global event coordination experience.
  • Preferred: familiarity with the key verticals served by the Social Impact team, including healthcare, public sector/government, higher education, and nonprofits.
  • Preferred: familiarity with account-based marketing and event integration into ABM plans.
  • Preferred: experience with Airtable program management software.
