Description

  • Manage and expand key customer accounts across high-growth technology, retail, eCommerce, and fintech companies.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to deliver revenue, gross margin, and gross profit targets.
  • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities across the assigned account portfolio.
  • Work on cross-functional account teams with product, finance, support, and services partners.
  • Run disciplined forecasts, achieve goals, and present guidance to executive management.
  • Lead consultative sales cycles with large customers through deep discovery and customer advocacy.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams to support account growth and customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • More than 10 years of combined experience in major account or strategic sales with quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions.
  • Experience supporting India and Thailand territories.
  • Experience with relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
  • Comfort working with business and highly technical leaders and influencing their understanding.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue and gross profit results for large-scale enterprise customers in Asia.
  • Analytical account development strategy using data to identify opportunities and prove value.
  • Demonstrated experience managing business forecasts and financial models using MEDDPICC.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to define processes and build programs.
  • Fluency in Thai and Hindi, speaking and writing, is desired.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • CDP and CPaaS experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience selling SaaS, CPaaS, or CDP solutions to technical and business audiences.
  • Understanding of the customer experience business model involving CDP and CPaaS.
  • Experience managing high-tech Thai and Indian enterprise customers is preferred.
