Description

  • Design and maintain complex sales capacity models across GTM segments and update assumptions as business conditions change.
  • Define and track time-to-productivity and ramp-adjusted quotas for sales teams.
  • Analyze performance trends such as close win rates, cycle length, and ASP to identify root causes of performance gaps.
  • Use customer segmentation data to identify growth drivers and underperforming cohorts and recommend actions to Sales leadership.
  • Prepare data-backed narratives and strategic recommendations for leadership meetings.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between Sales, Finance, and HR to align on capacity assumptions.
  • Recommend changes to the GTM organization based on capacity and performance insights.
  • Translate operational metrics into actionable business stories for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations for a CPaaS organization.
  • Deep understanding of GTM metrics and levers, including productivity, eARR, top of funnel, and pipeline.
  • Proven experience building sophisticated capacity models and understanding their inputs and outputs.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools.
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with and influence GTM, Finance, and Product teams.
  • Strong project management and process mapping skills with the ability to distill complex situations into actionable steps.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and the ability to influence and align on priorities.
  • Experience in a remote-first work environment is relevant to the role's setup.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% for in-person relationship building.
