Description

  • Own product work end to end from problem definition through solution validation and launch.
  • Prototype interfaces and interactions quickly using AI tools and modern development workflows.
  • Write production front-end code and contribute to web features and reusable components.
  • Partner closely with product managers and engineers to define, refine, and deliver solutions.
  • Bridge design and engineering to ensure designs are buildable and implementation meets the design bar.
  • Design for simplicity across complex workflows to make the default experience clear and intuitive.
  • Improve interaction quality, visual polish, accessibility, and overall product consistency.
  • Identify and reduce gaps between Figma designs and production implementations.
  • Validate ideas with customers and stakeholders through feedback, quick tests, and iteration.
  • Share work early, participate in design reviews, and help improve team design and build practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience designing and building web-based SaaS products.
  • Strong front-end skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
  • Comfort shipping code and working fluidly between design and development.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor in the workflow.
  • Experience working closely with PMs and engineers to define and deliver work.
  • Strong product thinking, interaction design, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Git, modern development workflows, and deployment pipelines.
  • Portfolio demonstrating both design craft and shipped work.
  • Experience based in Dallas, TX is preferred.
  • Experience in a remote, async environment is preferred.
