Description

  • Work in an agile cross-functional team with engineers, product managers, and product designers to launch new products, features, and experiments.
  • Build and iterate on onboarding, activation, adoption, and monetization experiences that create repeatable value for users.
  • Participate in product discovery to help determine what to build next based on user and business needs.
  • Review code and provide ad hoc support to teammates as part of day-to-day engineering execution.
  • Collaborate with engineers across the department to improve internal processes and systems.
  • Share technical knowledge and insights through tech talks and internal or external writing.
  • Help drive engineering velocity by using AI coding assistants in daily workflows and encouraging broader AI adoption.
  • Design, build, and maintain user-facing full-stack functionality, including frontend, backend logic, API integrations, and external system integrations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building user-facing products end-to-end as a full-stack engineer.
  • Strong frontend experience with React or a similar component-based framework.
  • Experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
  • Experience designing backend logic, APIs, and external system integrations.
  • Experience using data, funnels, analytics, and A/B testing to inform product decisions.
  • Pragmatic engineering approach with the ability to avoid over-engineering while maintaining high-quality code.
  • Ability to work effectively with predominantly remote colleagues across EMEA.
  • Strong written and spoken English fluency.
  • Experience with Vue is welcome if you are open to transitioning to React.
  • Familiarity with the team’s stack, including Python, Flask/FastAPI, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS, Terraform, Datadog, Redis, Linux, Nginx, Zuora, PostgreSQL, Figma, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor.
