Description

  • Administer identity platforms, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
  • Manage macOS, Windows, and Linux devices through MDM, including imaging, configuration, patching, and compliance.
  • Automate onboarding, offboarding, and employee access management.
  • Administer and integrate SaaS applications using APIs and scripting.
  • Partner with security on endpoint hardening, corporate controls, and least-privilege access.
  • Build self-service internal tools and workflows that reduce manual IT work and ticket volume.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and endpoint issues while improving monitoring and observability.
  • Document systems and mentor other IT team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with identity providers such as Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace.
  • Experience with MDM tooling and administration of macOS, Windows, and Linux devices.
  • Experience administering and integrating SaaS applications at scale.
  • Scripting and automation skills with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar tools.
  • Experience implementing corporate security controls.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management preferred.
  • Familiarity with zero-trust access and modern corporate security architecture preferred.
  • Experience supporting a fast-growing, remote-friendly workforce or relevant certifications preferred.
