Description

  • Use telephonic outreach to contact eligible members and schedule clinical assessment visits.
  • Explain Tuesday Health’s services, answer questions, and overcome objections during member outreach.
  • Connect members to appropriate services based on their needs during initial contact.
  • Provide ongoing telephone-based customer service to members and caregivers throughout the program.
  • Develop creative outreach strategies to improve member contact and engagement.
  • Track enrollment and participation performance against targets and take accountability for results.
  • Use reporting tools and dashboards to prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with information security and patient privacy requirements.
  • Support achievement of engagement and enrollment goals.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Houston, Texas.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outreach, contact center, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed with the ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Discretion and commitment to protecting patient information.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems (EHR/EMR) preferred.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
  • Strong alignment with Tuesday Health’s core values.
