Description

  • Use telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact members and schedule clinical assessment visits.
  • Communicate Tuesday Health’s services clearly, answer questions, and overcome objections.
  • Connect members to available services that meet their needs during initial outreach.
  • Provide ongoing telephonic customer service to members and their caregivers.
  • Develop and initiate creative strategies to improve member contact and engagement.
  • Track enrollment and participation performance and work toward assigned engagement targets.
  • Use reporting tools and dashboards to prioritize outreach efforts.
  • Maintain compliance with information security and privacy requirements.
  • Support members throughout the program to encourage continued engagement.

Requirements

  • Must be located in EST and work remotely.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an outreach, contact center, or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment.
  • Discretion and commitment to protecting patient information.
  • Experience with CRM platforms or Electronic Health Record systems (EHR/EMR) preferred.
  • Leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
  • Strong alignment with Tuesday Health’s core values.
