Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of CX and technology projects across multiple workstreams.
  • Own project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and dependency management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, technology, and vendor partners.
  • Run governance forums and support SteerCo and executive updates.
  • Track delivery against scope, budget, and expected outcomes.
  • Identify, escalate, and manage risks, issues, and delivery trade-offs.
  • Support adoption and change so solutions land effectively after go-live.
  • Maintain stakeholder alignment across client and internal teams.
  • Translate scope into delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  • Manage project commercials including forecasting, invoicing, margin, and resources.
  • Track benefits realisation and surface risks to value early.
  • Work with technical and architecture teams to ensure delivery feasibility and manage integration and platform risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, preferably in multinational onshore/offshore project setups.
  • Proven experience delivering complex business systems, CX, contact centre, or digital transformation programmes.
  • Structured thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CCaaS, AI, automation, or enterprise CX platform implementations is desirable.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are desirable.
  • An interest in CX innovation, AI, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work across business, technology, and delivery stakeholders.
  • Experience managing project commercials, including forecasting, invoicing, margin, and resources.
  • Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery methodologies.
