Description

  • Own the development, testing, and delivery of the NICE CXone software platform.
  • Implement NICE CXone solutions for client environments.
  • Design and develop products and features across contact center technologies.
  • Perform unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution during QA.
  • Support the production environment and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Collaborate with other developers in agile or waterfall project teams.
  • Work with system analysis and project management to complete projects successfully.
  • Design and present process and platform improvements.
  • Mentor software engineers and contribute as a technical thought leader.
  • Communicate with client leadership and executive stakeholders on solution needs and value propositions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience with NICE CXone and UC environments.
  • 3+ years of software development experience, including design, custom coding, and testing of real-time systems.
  • Experience with JavaScript, Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs.
  • Network infrastructure experience.
  • Experience creating and presenting to executive-level stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Knowledge of or certifications in NICE CXone and process automation technologies preferred.
  • 1-3 years of ASP/.NET experience, including C#, Visual Studio .NET, XML, and Web Services.
  • Ability to work US daytime hours.
