Description

  • Lead medium-to-large project implementations with teams of 3 to 30 people across internal staff, contractors, client resources, and vendors.
  • Manage the overall delivery relationship with clients.
  • Provide frequent project status updates to senior managers, directors, and executives.
  • Prepare weekly status reports covering project progress, health, risks, and issues.
  • Develop financial reporting dashboards to track project financial status for clients.
  • Identify and implement methods to capture benefit metrics and business case value.
  • Support the project VP by reviewing invoices for accuracy.
  • Coordinate complex, multi-workstream delivery across executive stakeholders, architects, delivery teams, and Google alliance partners.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations in consulting, professional services, or systems integration.
  • 1-3+ years leading Google Customer Engagement Suite (CES/GECX), Google Conversational Agents, Vertex AI, Gemini, Contact Center AI (CCAI), or Google CCaaS implementations from solution design through deployment and adoption.
  • Experience delivering large-scale customer experience, contact center transformation, and AI-enabled modernization programs for enterprise customers.
  • Experience leading and coordinating cross-functional global delivery teams of 10-50+ resources.
  • Experience managing programs involving Generative AI, LLMs, conversational AI, virtual agents, agent-assist, knowledge management, and automation solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, responsible AI practices, model evaluation, prompt engineering concepts, security, compliance, and enterprise risk management.
  • Experience managing project scope, financials, resource planning, risk management, executive communications, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance, as required.
