Description

  • Develop and execute partner strategies aligned to TTEC Digital’s growth priorities.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Practice Leaders to co-develop go-to-market motions, account-based engagement plans, and solution roadmaps.
  • Own the execution of partner GTM initiatives, including joint account plans, pipeline tracking, events, workshops, and follow-through on commitments.
  • Define success metrics for partner engagements and customer initiatives, and use data to analyze performance and forecast outcomes.
  • Establish shared priorities with partners around joint initiatives, co-investment, and migration or CX modernization strategies.
  • Drive the lifecycle of joint offerings, including business case development, planning and governance, solution differentiation, value articulation, and business modeling.
  • Identify new partnership growth opportunities in emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI and data/analytics, as well as new industry plays.
  • Deliver pipeline and revenue outcomes tied to partner-driven initiatives.
  • Maintain partner health through tiering, certifications, scorecards, and executive alignment across the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS platforms, and/or CX/CCaaS markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Proven success building joint go-to-market strategies that produce measurable pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs and using data to manage partnerships.
  • Excellent executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Experience coordinating joint campaigns, workshops, and account plans.
  • Ability to work remotely in one of the approved U.S. states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, DC, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.
  • Compensation range of $180,000 to $200,000 per year.
  • Eligibility to participate in an annual incentive program.
