Description

  • Serve as the communication focal point between development and delivery teams and clients.
  • Schedule stand-ups and other project meetings with team members and clients.
  • Manage project budgets while tracking scope, timing, and remaining resources with clients.
  • Help keep team members aligned and assigned to the right work.
  • Assist in documenting the design of contact center processes.
  • Support the transition from delivery to managed services.
  • Help clients understand how the delivery team will meet business goals and the costs of proposed technologies.
  • Identify tradeoffs between different solution options.
  • Provide technical advice and guidance on AWS best practices.
  • Act as a consultant and voice of reason to protect client investment and team well-being.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the contact center industry is required.
  • AWS ecosystem knowledge is required.
  • AWS certifications are preferred.
  • Experience with AWS Connect is a strong plus.
  • Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred.
  • SAFe certification is preferred.
  • Experience managing complex technology projects in large organizations is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with demanding clients in a fast-paced, changing environment is required.
  • Thorough knowledge of agile methodologies such as Scrum is required.
  • Ability to work 100% remotely in the US is required.

Benefits

  • Remote role based in the US.
  • Salary of $110,000 to $135,000 per year.
